Joseph and Jade launched Flame and Dough in 2020 after 5 years of working in hospitality together and relocating to North Devon in 2018. With a passion for pizza, we built up a thriving business with a focus on customer service and exceptional food.

Flame and Dough is a fully equipped mobile pizza kitchen that looks authentic in any setting! The thoughtful touches to the conversion, quirky pizza oven, and fabulous friendly staff, all add to the unique experience and atmosphere of your event. We are passionate about creating delicious pizzas and sharing our love for food with others.

We serve authentic Italian style pizza’s which are cooked in up to 90 seconds from our flame roaring oven which reaches up to 500 degrees and served from our stylish and lovingly converted vintage horse trailer. We source all our ingredients locally from Devon and from the best suppliers in Italy to give the best experience of a proper Italian style pizza which could be found on the streets of Naples!​
